Final Draft of the Comprehensive Community Plan that was presented to the Assembly.

The Lazy Mountain Community Council requested the development of a community comprehensive plan on October 15, 2004. The Lazy Mountain Community Comprehensive Planning Team has prepared a Draft Lazy Mountain Community Plan. It was presented to the community council on June 28, 2007 during a special meeting. Over half of the plan was reviewed and approved during this meeting. On September 13, 2007 the community council met and approved the remaining portions of the draft plan.

The final draft was approved by the Planning Comission on December 17, 2007

It was Approved by the Borough Assembly on March 4th, 2008.
