The Borough sent a letter to everyone who had applied to the SPUD planning team indicating that until the Borough was done restructuring Title 17, which pertains to Zoning, that the Lazy Mountain SPUD would not be moving forward.
However, since the process was already approved prior to this by the Borough, it seems that the plan may go underway after all. A March 16 meeting of the planning commission is supposed to address the issue, and more information will be available at the upcoming community council meeting on March 12.
The letter from the Borough is attached and can be viewed here.
