Treasurer Michael Miller called this Lazy Mountain Community Council Board meeting to order at Lazy Mountain Bible Church at 6:05 pm. Chairman Jim Sykes called this Lazy Mountain Community Council general meeting at Lazy Mountain Bible Church to order at 6:38 pm. Board members present were Jim Sykes, Mimi Peabody, Tom Harmon, Karen Lopez, Michael Miller, Pat Larrabee, and Paul Morley. About 60 general members were present and a quorum was established, as 10 Community Council Members constitute a quorum. (more…)
