At the April general meeting, the LMCC voted to send a letter to Senator Charlie Huggins voicing support of paving Wolverine Rd. The letter can be read below.

RE:  Lazy Mountain Road Improvement Regular Budget Capital Item

Dear Senator Huggins,

This letter is an expression of support from the Lazy Mountain Community Council for a $4 million capital item in the regular capital budget request for the paving of Wolverine Road from the end of the pavement to roughly 3.5 miles further on, including the crossing of Wolverine Creek.  The Lazy Mountain Community Council expressed its unanimous support at the March 13, 2008 regular meeting.
